I was in town visiting my family for the holidays and i noticed oil leaking from my truck so i brought it to frenchie's Chevrolet and the service manager Mr Binan and his service crew took care of my truck the same day and followed up with a phone call to make sure i had no further problems with my truck, very thankful to them

Although it wasn't Frenchies fault, I had to leave my car for a second time because it wasn't fixed. The dealer was told by GM not to do anything about the power steering issue unless it happened again. Went to take my car home and it happened again so now Frenchies is fixing it. They had no control over what GM told them how to proceed since it wad warranty work. Frenchies always does great work and has great service.

Getting service for my vehicle is so easy with Frenchie's Chevrolet. I call them and make the appointment for a day I am at work and they pick my vehicle up and return it by the end of business. I no longer have to spend my days off at the dealership.
Expensive parts were ordered in order to be able to pass inspection they were said to be necessary. 4 days later I picked up the truck and recently I realized the inspection sticker was not put on the truck. I had to come back to get the sticker.

The ease of the transaction was smooth from start to finish. The team I dealt with at Frenchie's Chevrolet were all very knowledgeable and thoroughly able to explain answers to any questions that I had. There was a welcoming atmosphere from the moment I walked in the door. The dealership is very modern and clean.

The collision department fixed the dents in my vehicle after hitting a deer, they were absolutely wonderful to deal with, answered all my questions and went above and beyond to help me out, not only with my rental, but with the insurance paperwork involved with repairing my vehicle. When they were finished my Equinox looked brand new, like nothing ever happened. I'm completely satisfied and so appreciative! Thanks guys!
