    Real (Frenchie) Coupal

    Real "Frenchie" Coupal has been in the automotive industry since 1962 and is President of Frenchie's Chevrolet. He is a hands-on dealer who oversees all aspects of the corporation and is able to assist you in all departments. Customer satisfaction, repeat business and honesty are the main goals of the dealership.

  • Thelma Coupal, Vice President
    Thelma Coupal

    Thelma is the Vice President of Frenchie's. She has worked in the office for 23 years and is the business manager. She handles all the regular office duties, payroll, taxes, bookkeeping, and has progressed from the large, manual books to the very latest in automotive computer systems. Thelma and the girls keep the office running successfully.

    Scott Coupal

    Scott is the General Manager here at Frenchie's Chevrolet. He developed the current web site you are viewing. He is also involved with developing the pre-owned vehicle department along with it's operation. As time progresses, improvements will be taking place to better the dealership. Scott and his wife Shannon are established in the Massena area with thier dog Togo

    Welcome Togo! The newest member of Frenchie's Team. He, along with Sandy, is being trained to be one of our official greeters. He is owned by Scott and Shannon Coupal

  • Kelly Burnett, Office Manager
    Kelly Burnett

    Kelly is the Office Manager here at Frenchie's. She has been with Frenchie's for 15 years now. Starting as our car deal and title clerk she worked her way to Office Manager. Kelly handles accounts receivable and accounts payable, payroll, all bookkeeping and can help with any problems our customers may have. If you have questions regarding anything in the office, or the dealership in general please do not hesitate to talk to Kelly!

    Nancy Hartson

    Nancy is our administrative assistant with the bubbling personality. She has been with us since 1995 and can help you with all your needs. She can direct you with service, accounts receivable, banking, and secretarial. Just give her a call or stop by the office window and she will direct you to the department you need.

    Jamie Davis

    Jamie has been with Frenchie's Chevrolet for almost 9 years now! In this time he has managed customer satisfaction (CSI), service loaners, as well as handles all of our advertising. Stop in Frenchie's or call Jamie and allow him to relieve you of any problems you may have with transportation or repairs.

    Shelia Mockry

    Sheila has been with us since 2003. She is a cheerful, smiling face that is part of the office team. Sheila will be delighted to help you at the office window to make certain your visit is completely satisfactory to you! When needed, Sheila also contributes by helping out with the courtesy driving, working well with service and the collision center to deliver and pick up customers, parts and vehicles.

    Tom Macaulay

    Tom Macaulay is an "old" retired schoolteacher. Tom has been working on our web-page, keeping our inventory current so that if you see it on the web it is on our lot. The internet pages are updated several times daily in order to keep the pictures of our inventory as current as possible.

    Kelly Cordwell

    Kelly has been with the Frenchie's team for a year now. Kelly was hired to fill a new position here as internet administrator, and just recently took on a new position as title clerk! We are very excited to have this new change and looking forward to watching her grow and learn!

    Mike is a native of Massena with hometown values and customer service background. Mike is certified in finance management and heads our finance dept. Mike's door is always open to serve your needs.

    Sue has been with the sales team since 2003 and she does a marvelous job. Not only is she an established sales professional, but she is a Mark of Excellence Award winner 4 consecutive years. Sue is a great asset to our company.

    Ron is a sales advisor at Frenchie's Chevrolet. He started selling cars in 1984 and has sampled many different area of retail as well as finance. He also strives on customer service. Ron is a resident of Massena, and has been involved in many areas of Community Service.

Sheila is also part of the Frenchie's team, working in the clerical office.

    Chad is a BOCES graduate from their Automotive Technician course. Chad has 11 years experience as an auto service technician with ASE certification. Chad is a welcomed addition to our Service Department, especially a great asset now that we have our new alignment machine!

    Sue is our GM Parts & GM Accessories Manager. She has been with the Frenchie's team since 1990. Let Sue assist you with ordering GM parts and accessories.     Todd is of great importance to our team here at Frenchie's Chevrolet. Having been here for 11 years Todd is our Collision Center Manager.
