My truck had a recall to put in chips that were both available during the shortage. Frenchie's service department got me in quickly and performed the job while I was at work.

The date is 06/29/23 my vehicle was looked at. 07/11/23 is when I paid the invoice. Had this vehicle in three times for intermittent trans issues. Also provided detailed list of trans issues for last several months. Although there is service bulletins, none were performed on the trans. One in particular is trans thermostat replacement to a cooler running temperature. To be performed per the same symptoms I experienced even if concerns can’t be duplicated. This was not done. Also the date of the warranty expiring, 06/25/23 , a Sunday, called to get an appointment 06/26/23, the service date of 06/29/23, one would think they would not be charged 171. 07 for an ongoing issue. Even still, Frenchies could have taken care of this under a show of good faith, but chose not to. However, the purchase of the vehicle was a pleasant experience. The truck is an amazing vehicle when all is working good.

This was the second visit in a week for the same issue. After bringing it in the second time I was told "it's one of them things where you fix one issue to find the real problem" which I find unacceptable. It should have been completely fixed the first time. So I'm about 400$ deep into a shifting issue, charged twice for the same part and after the second diagnostic visit I was told they would take an hour worth of labor off because the work was supposed to take 2 and a half hours to fix when in fact it was only an hour and 40. So that wasn't done and the icing on the cake my entire middle shifter part has gaps where it's not connecting to itself anymore the rubbers are not staying down and my car now shifts hard. I have only had it for 8 months although purchased used it only had 11k miles on it so it was basically brand new. I am not pleased to say the least. Will not be going back to Frenchies no matter the issue.

I was able to purchase the truck and leave. There wasn’t any extra sales like warranty or anything pushed down my throat. I was able to buy my truck and leave in an hour or two. It didn’t take 5 hours like the last truck I bought at another dealer.
