Welcome to Our Service Department


We provide all types of engine repair, from minor to major, transmission repair and rebuilds, computer diagnostics, and computer reprogramming.

At Frenchie's Chevrolet, our 10 factory trained, highly qualified technicians are here to provide exceptional service in a timely manner, at a fair price.

My name is Dennis Binan Fixed Operations Manager here at Frenchie's Chevrolet. My Service advisers Alisa Lobdell, Ken McQuoid and I would like to welcome you to our web page.

Our technicians are ASE and Master Certified according to the GM Training Standards for excellence program that has 13 different categories.


Along with all suspension work, we are capable of performing alignments for all makes and models on the road today.

We can also accommodate 1 ton dual wheel, long bed trucks.

Our service center is equipped with more than 10 hoists, over $100,000 in GM Essential Special tools, as well as a new state of the art vehicle alignment system. We also have a special wheel and tire mounting and balancing machines with real road force capabilities that can accommodate custom wheels up to 24".

PICK UP and DELIVERY service

For your convenience we also provide a pick up and delivery service daily, as well as a night owl (secure) key drop off box, located just outside the service entrance.

We are dedicated to maintaining top tier customer service, for both new and pre-owned car buyers!

TRANSPORTATION OPTIONS

We have a local shuttle van to provide a quick lift for you, as well as pick you up at your desired time.

Convenient rental cars are available for customers whose vehicle may have to kept for overnight.

FRENCHIES CHEVROLET CONSTRUCTION IS FINALLY OVER



"It's FINALLY finished" says Frenchie, owner and CEO of the local Chevrolet dealership. "After many months and a lot of sweat and sometimes tears we are now ready to go to the next level. We are so thankful for our loyal customers who have stayed with us through this construction as well as throughout our history, without them we would be lost." Many new amenities await the customers stopping in at the newly remodeled dealership. From sales to service the customer experience will be state of the art. On Monday April 8, 2013 the final part of the Frenchie's Chevrolet complete makeover fell into place with the opening of the new "Customer Service Drive." "This will be a great convenience for the customer" says Frenchie's Chevrolet Service Manager Dennis Binan.
