Place is amazing

No issues, god communication.

This was the second visit in a week for the same issue. After bringing it in the second time I was told "it's one of them things where you fix one issue to find the real problem" which I find unacceptable. It should have been completely fixed the first time. So I'm about 400$ deep into a shifting issue, charged twice for the same part and after the second diagnostic visit I was told they would take an hour worth of labor off because the work was supposed to take 2 and a half hours to fix when in fact it was only an hour and 40. So that wasn't done and the icing on the cake my entire middle shifter part has gaps where it's not connecting to itself anymore the rubbers are not staying down and my car now shifts hard. I have only had it for 8 months although purchased used it only had 11k miles on it so it was basically brand new. I am not pleased to say the least. Will not be going back to Frenchies no matter the issue.

Everything was completed as promised and all the staff were professional and couteous. Will continue to do business here.

I was able to purchase the truck and leave. There wasn’t any extra sales like warranty or anything pushed down my throat. I was able to buy my truck and leave in an hour or two. It didn’t take 5 hours like the last truck I bought at another dealer.

People are great

Online service schedule doesn’t work requiring me to make two trips for an oil change. Should maybe look into fixing it or getting rid of it.

Great dealership. Actually first time buying a car there. Went in on a Saturday and within 90 minutes it was done. Frenchie was there. Such a smooth talker. No wonder why he has been in business so long. Lol. Staff was great. They needed a paper signed and drove to my job in Malone. I was able to get my car Monday after work. Excellent customer service.

I went in for a oil change and rotate my tires and they noticed my brakes needed attention. They ordered the parts then arranged for my car to get fixed. Thanks for everything!
