The experience was great. The facilities were nice, clean, comfortable, and accommodating. Although the wait was prolonged, Gavin was very apologetic and explained the situation regarding the computer issues which was fine.
They spent 1 hour 10 minutes trying to diagnose a trailer wiring issue. According to the service department, that was long enough to check the fuses (which i told him i had already checked), and the plug. Then asked me to keep the vehicle overnight because it would take at least 2 more hrs to diagnose the issue. After i said, only if i could get a rental, they said none available. Next they tried to charge me $32 to look at my vehicle, even though they havent found anything wrong yet. Frenchies had spoken to the dealership i bought the truck from because i had extended warranty coverage (bumper to bumper)... and even after the service person spoke to the dealer, he threatened to call the police on me if i didnt pay the $32!!
