Very responsive and professional

I had a service appointment (first one, as a brand new customer) for 9AM. They said I should return in an hour or an hour and 1/2. I came back at 10:30AM and my car wasn't even in the queue yet. He said it'll probably be done near noon. I sat in the waiting room until 2PM, until finally I walked back to see what was up. He said We just finished it. (I thought he'd call when it was done.) Lost a whole day of work for this. So, even though the staff is upbeat, and I do enjoy my Trailblazer, my initial service situation was extremely frustrating.

Long wait times (this latest was least time). Previous wait times we're very long. Leaves me wondering why they even make appointments. But overall the services good if you're willing to sit in the waiting room for 1 to 2 hours

They kept me informed about the issues with my car

Service people were very rude and a number of people not will to help with the vehicle they sold me. The full service detailing job was not done well at all , under the seats were not vacuumed at all , feels like I am getting the run around when I have to call about the that they sold me
