I have been a customer of frenchies since 2016 and have purchased two vehicles from there. Based on my most recent experience with the collision center I likely will not be returning nor will I be purchasing another vehicle from there. The communication or lack there of is complete unacceptable to me. I previously voiced my concerns via email prior to getting my car back and the collision center manager did apologize to me after that email, but the experience overall has likely ruined any chance of my returning to frenchies in the future and I hope my experience will help things improve over all so that others don’t have the same experience I did.
Wife here. Car had been at Frenchie’s since before last week’s storm. When it was brought to me, the employee had only cleared enough snow for him to see out of a small portion of the windshield. Wipers were frozen in 4” of ice. Bad enough, but he got out of the car and left the driver’s seat covered in snow from his clothes. Not cool. I was chopping ice while men walked by. Finally, Sue came out with a better tool and took over. I am grateful for her help. She is my employee of the month. Please thank her for me. Toni Judware
Everyone is always very polite and very helpful. They even gave me a ride home till the car was done and picked me back up to go get it so I wasn’t waiting around till done. It was very much appreciated. Thank you
