I had a book service appointment and my vehicle never went into the shop until 3 hours later, this is not the first time this has happened. I have had appointments for oil changes and I have waited for over 2 hours for my vehicle to be completed. I also had asked for a diagnostic report which I never received.
My experience was excellent. Service personnel quickly identified the problem as being much more than routine. General Motors staff were contacted for their opinion as to the correct plan of action. A new motor was quickly identified as required as the most appropriate solution. The motor was obtained and quickly installed. My Chevy pickup truck is running like new. Thank you!! Jim Stratta
