Confirmed Service Customer
This was the second visit in a week for the same issue. After bringing it in the second time I was told "it's one of them things where you fix one issue to find the real problem" which I find unacceptable. It should have been completely fixed the first time. So I'm about 400$ deep into a shifting issue, charged twice for the same part and after the second diagnostic visit I was told they would take an hour worth of labor off because the work was supposed to take 2 and a half hours to fix when in fact it was only an hour and 40. So that wasn't done and the icing on the cake my entire middle shifter part has gaps where it's not connecting to itself anymore the rubbers are not staying down and my car now shifts hard. I have only had it for 8 months although purchased used it only had 11k miles on it so it was basically brand new. I am not pleased to say the least. Will not be going back to Frenchies no matter the issue.
