Our 2018 Malibu was in for warranty work and the time frame was 4-5 days (not including weekend). At that time we weren���t offered a loaner car. We called a day later because my wife needed a car to care for her father. We were told there were no loaners cars available. Work on the car was excellent though.
I had an 8am appointment for an inspection. I sat in the waiting room, of which the service associate was fully aware of, and waited until 10 am. At this point I had to go ask whether my vehicle was even done yet or not. People have lives and set up appointments for a reason. Experiencing issues like this time and again at Frenchies, why would we ever come back, no less buy a vehicle from you where we���re expected to have it serviced?
