I received great service on not only my oil change but a leaking rear axle seal that I was unaware of. They took care of problem the same day and also provided transportation . I really like the fact that I didn't have to go without the vehicle for more than a few extra hours.

my car wouldn't start in the morning, after getting it started I went to the dealership and told them the problem with some of the dashboard items didn't light up and wondered if it was fuses causing the problem. they did a diagnostic test and found a fuse blown which was why the car didn't start. (apparently when the car shut down the other day it didn't shut down properly and a fuse was blown). Anyways they charged 92 dollars to replace a $ 1.65 fuse. Don't you think that is taking advantage of a customer to charge that much for a few minutes work. I call that working at a snail pace and taking advantage of a customer.

Mr. Real Coupal is an extremely friendly, fair and hands-on Owner-Dealer. It was a pleasure to meet him and a privilege to deal with him. Real "Frenchy" is an Outstanding Dealer running a first class dealership! Ms. Sue Halstead was my initial internet contact and then my sales point of contact. She did an outstanding job answering my questions and then going the extra mile to ensure all paperwork was complete and doing the legwork with the DMV to ensure the car was properly licensed during my visit to the dealership. She also professionally shipped some spare parts for my car which arrived quickly and safely at my residence. Mr. Ernie Miller the General Manager provided his outstanding knowledge and oversight to bring all facets of the deal together perfectly. Mr. Michael Foote was the Finance Manager on my deal and he spent extra hours researching the registration specifics for my state, the financial bona fides with my bank and did an outstanding job compiling all the paperwork necessary to facilitate the registration of my new car in my home state. Ms. Sue Stiles the Parts Manager went the extra mile and even located an extremely rare part for my car while i was there! It was well worth the drive to purchase a fine automobile from this outstanding Chevrolet management team!
