I appreciate your sales staff keeping me informed of my options and not placing a lot of pressure on my next purchase. Additionally, your body shop immediately addressed an issue I had with my new purchase. What I am extremely upset with is the change that OnStart (My Chevrolet) made where we must purchase the Remote Link system. This may have been a deal breaker for me had I know prior to my purchase. If OnStar needs the money and wants to charge, then include it in the purchase price of the vehicle!!!

Ken and Chuck in the Service Department always, always provide the most outstanding service -- answering any questions I may have. When I call for an appointment, they usually get my car in at the requested time. These 2 individuals are especially an asset to Frenchie's Chevrolet.
