Frenchie's got me right in and were able to diagnose the problem and repair it within a very short period of time. They even had the parts in stock. They came in under time and under the estimate I was given. I'm very happy with their service.

I went in for an oil change and to find out about warrantees. I found that the dealership owed me some free oil changes and with that credit I was able to get brake work done at a lower cost than usual.

I missed an entire day of work because they were unable to provide me with a rental and because I work in Potsdam they were not able to provide me a ride either. The part took an extra day to arrive, when this is a known issue with the model they should have some of these parts on hand. I went 3 days without a car bc they were unable to provide me a rental until Friday morning when I was already at work and had to organize my own transportation. I go to Frenchies for all of my car need but if I cannot be accommodated for a rental or a pick up I may start using the dealerships located in Potsdam.
