Service people were very rude and a number of people not will to help with the vehicle they sold me. The full service detailing job was not done well at all , under the seats were not vacuumed at all , feels like I am getting the run around when I have to call about the that they sold me

I was out of town far from home and they took care of my 2018 GMC Duramax injector issue. I wouldn't have made it home had it not been for this service team! The owner was present and very caring. Not one other dealer in the whole northeast NY could help me for weeks, Frenchie's got me in in days. Had to leave it overnight but they had a car for me and I got my truck back the next day.

My last two appointments I have sat there for an hour and 45 minutes once for an oil change once for an inspection. I understand things may happen, but you could at least let your customers know why it’s taking so long. Your workers are the ones that make the appointment if you cannot actually do that many appointments in the amount of time you set up appointments then don’t schedule that many people. I took off a half day of work to get this done and for appointment after that and had to cancel eye appointment. I believe that now I will start going elsewhere

My truck had a recall to put in chips that were both available during the shortage. Frenchie's service department got me in quickly and performed the job while I was at work.

The date is 06/29/23 my vehicle was looked at. 07/11/23 is when I paid the invoice. Had this vehicle in three times for intermittent trans issues. Also provided detailed list of trans issues for last several months. Although there is service bulletins, none were performed on the trans. One in particular is trans thermostat replacement to a cooler running temperature. To be performed per the same symptoms I experienced even if concerns can’t be duplicated. This was not done. Also the date of the warranty expiring, 06/25/23 , a Sunday, called to get an appointment 06/26/23, the service date of 06/29/23, one would think they would not be charged 171. 07 for an ongoing issue. Even still, Frenchies could have taken care of this under a show of good faith, but chose not to. However, the purchase of the vehicle was a pleasant experience. The truck is an amazing vehicle when all is working good.
