Confirmed Service Customer
Scheduled for an 8AM oil change. Was at dealership until 9:45 AM. Techs opted to do to open recalls without notifying me of the additional work or the additional time. Missed a Drs appointment do to this. I have several free oil changes left but will forfeit them as I will not be returning.
