Most of my concerns were addressed, and I was happy with the service I did get. My oil change, and tire rotations went very well. I brought up a concern about my dashboard lights malfunctioning and was informed that they no longer did that at their dealership, where I had bought my car. I was disappointed at the lack of help, but for the service they did give me, I am grateful. Of all the cars I have purchase, the CHEVY Impala is the best purchase I've ever made. Keep up the great work!

I had a steady check engine light and was able to get an appointment that fit my schedule within a week. After checking things out, the crew was able to get me back on the road in a reasonable amount of time. Good check-in experience. Good review of the problem when they found it. Good wrap-up at the end.

I called for an oil change and for the service tech to look at a possible oil leak when the car is raised as there was a spot in my garage where the car is always parked. When I made the appointment the scheduler told me that C-8 Corvettes are charged by the hour, I asked how much the oil change would be or have been? He said the last one was $200, so I made the appointment expecting to pay around that. I did purchase an extended warranty from the same dealer and was expecting them to check for a leak in case there was an issue as they changed the oil last and the car only has 2,200 miles on it. When the C-8 was done I received a call and they wanted $390 plus for the service, he than dropped it to $326. I again told him that I was quoted around $200 and other dealer where changing much less, finally the price was dropped to $293.70. I checked with the next closest dealer and the quote they gave me was $200-$220 plus tax so $216- $237.60 and they utilize Mobile 1 Racing Oil as well. If this is the general practice of the dealership to gouge customers it isn’t a very good practice and may hurt the business and the GM brand, Caveat Emptor!

The car is for my wife and John McMahon was very knowledgeable and patient in helping to relieve her apprehension and to understand the new procedures and features of the 26 Equinox We are very pleased with the car and our experience with Frenchie's Chevrolet.

This was the first time, actually, that I was notified in a timely manner- when my car was ready. In the past, I'd be home waiting for quite a while, and then I would call to see if they'd finished. We're talking a simple oil change or tire rotation. The person would say, almost like an afterthought, "oh yes, it's ready." or "I was just about to call." Yesterday, they called with a pleasant disposition and said it was ready for me to pick up.

Curtis, Service Department, was very helpful in explaining what needed to be done and followed through with what he told me they would do. He definitely is an asset to Frenchies Chev. Oh, and by the way, I certainly do miss Frenchie. He was Mr. Massena, always willing to help any organization or group. He often had fund raising tickets in his shirt pocket and one always knew that we'd be reaching in our pockets to buy more than one!

wonderful - they brought my car back to me and i love the tires. it was suggested that i needed them and the minute i drove my car i realized how badly i had needed them. thank goodness kevin spotted that and told me that i should get them and sooner would be better.it doesn't even feel like the same car. i am happy
